1. Who we are

shipwithoutcode.com ("the site") is operated by Deccansoft Software Services, a proprietorship based at H.No: 153, A/4, Balamrai, Secunderabad 500003, Telangana, India ("we", "us", "our"). Ship Without Code is a brand of Deccansoft Software Services. You can reach us at enquiry@deccansoft.com.

2. The product

Vibe Editing OS is a downloadable software plugin for the Claude desktop app, together with editing templates, a sound pack and setup guides, as described on the product and pricing pages for each plan. Some plans include access to the Ship Without Code community.

3. Claude subscription requirement

Vibe Editing OS only works inside the Claude desktop app with an active Claude Pro or Max plan, which you must buy separately from Anthropic. The Claude plan is not included in our price, and we are not responsible for Anthropic's pricing, availability, usage limits or terms. You must also use a supported computer (a Mac with Apple Silicon on macOS 14 or newer, or a Windows 10/11 PC).

4. Not affiliated with Anthropic

Ship Without Code and Deccansoft Software Services are not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, used here only to describe compatibility.

5. Licence

When you pay for a plan we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Vibe Editing OS for your own personal or business purposes on up to 2 devices. Videos you create with it belong to you, and you may use them commercially, including for client work. You may not sell, rent, share, sublicense or redistribute the plugin, its templates, guides or licence key; publish them in any form; let people outside your licence use them; or bypass any licence checks. We may deactivate a licence key that is shared or used in breach of these terms.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page. Prices in Indian Rupees include GST. International prices are shown on the product page and charged as stated on the payment page. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card or bank details. A purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Each plan is bought on its own, and launch offers apply only for the stated period.

7. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Delivery is digital, by email, as set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Updates

Your licence includes the updates to Vibe Editing OS that we release, at no extra cost. Updates may add, change or remove features, for example to stay compatible with the Claude desktop app.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the product or the site to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene or misleading, or that violates the rights of others or Anthropic's usage policies; not to reverse engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, the product or our systems; and to treat other community members with respect. We may suspend community access for abuse, spam or harassment.

10. Intellectual property

The site, the Vibe Editing OS software, templates, guides, sound pack, brand names and logos are owned by or licensed to Deccansoft Software Services and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence in section 5, no rights are transferred to you. Your own footage and the videos you produce remain yours.

11. Disclaimer

The product is provided "as is" and "as available". Results depend on your footage, your Claude plan and your computer, and the time savings described on the site are examples, not guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site or the product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its last-updated date, applies to purchases made from that date.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
