Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on shipwithoutcode.com, a website operated by Deccansoft Software Services, including Vibe Editing OS.

1. Digital delivery only

Vibe Editing OS and our other products are delivered electronically. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, courier partners or delivery addresses involved. Delivery is available to customers in India and abroad.

2. What you receive

After a successful payment you receive an email containing your licence key and a link to download the product and its setup guide. Plans that include the Ship Without Code community also receive the community invite in the same email.

3. Delivery time

The email is sent to the address you entered at checkout within 24 hours of successful payment. In most cases it arrives within a few minutes. You will also see a confirmation page right after paying.

4. If you have not received it

First check your spam, junk and promotions folders, and that the email address you entered at checkout was correct. If you still cannot find it 24 hours after payment, email enquiry@deccansoft.com or call +91 97049 86097 with your Razorpay payment ID and the email address used at checkout. We will resend the licence key and download link, or deliver them to a corrected email address, within one working day.

5. Failed payments

If your payment failed, no product is delivered. If money was debited for a failed payment, it is refunded as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
